Customization Facilities

In order to have streamlined execution of all the trade tasks, we have established a modernized infrastructure facility. Sprawling over a vast area of land, our infrastructure is divided into different sections like manufacturing, quality testing and R&D unit. The manufacturing unit of our firm is installed with advanced machines and tools that are necessary for hassle-free running of production process. With the aim to retain our production rate, we periodically upgrade and oil all our machines. Moreover, we have appointed a team of diligent professionals to manage and control all the infrastructural activities.

Following are the machines and equipment that we have at our infrastructure premises:

• Melting/casting facilities
• Machining facility
• Four furnaces with a capacity of melting 10.0 tonnes of metal per day
• 10 sets of centrifugal casting machines
• 10 sets of manual heavy duty lathes
• 3 CNC lathe
• 2 Bandsaw machines of rough and final parting of rings
• Continuous caster that can cast 75 kg/hr up to a diameter of 125 mm

A spacious warehousing unit is maintained by us to have safe and systematic storage of all the manufactured alloy castings and sourced raw material. This facility is divided into varied sections and sub-sections due to which, we are able to have categorized storage of all the products. Knitted with major transportation modes, our warehouse supports us in delivering products at the patrons'' premises within the scheduled time. A team of warehousing staff is hired by us, to ensure proper maintenance of this department.

These experts keep a close computerized record of incoming and outgoing consignments to avoid chances of occurring confusions at the time of analyzing accounts balance sheet. Apart from these, we have also recruited a team of packaging experts to pack all our products. Our packaging experts make use of qualitative wooden boxes and other material in packing and ensuring safe transits of our goods.
